BREATHE – Your breath is the anchor that brings you back to the present moment. It helps you reset your energy, balance your emotions, and soothe your mind. Just breathe and reconnect.

 

MOVE – Movement is more than exercise—it’s a powerful way to release trapped emotions, unlock your energy, and embody your confidence. Whether through flow, dance, or breath-led movement, move with intention and presence.

 

MEDITATE – Stillness isn’t about silence; it’s the space where you can listen, reflect, and find clarity. Whether through meditation, mindful movement, or breathwork, be with your thoughts and discover your truth.

MY JOURNEY

How I Got Here

Hi, I'm Emma, one of the UK’s established make-up artists, having worked in the health & beauty industry for over 25 years.

My reputation for approachable beauty has enabled me to establish an enviable clientele from Emma Watson, Rita Ora, Holly Willoughby, Anne Marie and Nicole Scherzinger, to name a few.

 

My passion for holistic therapies began some years ago having experienced burnout, stress and many challenging life situations.

  • What is a Chakra?
    Chakras are invisible energy points (wheels) spread throughout the body, there are 7 primary chakras which begin at the base of the spine and link up to the crown of the head, each with the ability to be balance or unbalanced. When they are open and aligned they allow the energy to flow and heal the body. Root Located at the base of your tailbone. The root chakra is about stability, finances and safety. Helping you feel grounded and connected to your body. SACRAL: Located below the belly button.. The sacral chakra is home for creativity, emotions, and desires. This is a very important chakra to focus on when supporting hormones + fertility. it is is also an area to concentrate on if your experiencing pelvic/hip pain, cramping, and blocked emotion. ​ Solar Plexus located above the belly button, The solar plexus chakra is about confidence, self motivation, and igniting the fire in the belly. ​ THROAT: Located at the base of the throat, this charka is for speaking your truth and expressing yourself . Whether you are hesitant to share your desires, or perhaps are too bold with your words... balancing the throat chakra will help you express how you are feeling. HEART: Located at the center of the chest, below the throat chakra. This is your home for love (both receiving and giving), self-compassion, and emotions. Focusing on the heart chakra is a great way to access self-love. THIRD EYE: Located in the center of the forehead between the eyes. The third eye chakra is our home for intuition and clarity. This chakra is extremely connected to our sacral chakra. Being able to slowdown and tap into your intuitive voice and listen. CROWN: Located at the top of the head, the crown chakra is our connection to something bigger than ourselves. An open crown chakra allows us to trust and believe everything will be ok. We can find deep comfort when we realize that we are not alone on this journey. Whether you believe in a higher power, or simply the awe of nature and synchronicity around you, a balanced crown chakra is important to overall health. ​
  • What is Reiki?
    Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a glowing radiance that flows through you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
  • What is Bionic Breathwork?
    Bionic breath work is a scientifically proven breath technique this is done laying down to music, It comes under the umbrella of "conscious connected circular breathing" it is an active style of breathing that takes you safely into an altered state, helping you to heal from within.
  • What is a Sound bath meditation?
    A sound meditations a journey where each person will lie down in a comfortable position with a blanket and an eye mask. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. The sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including tuning forks, gongs, crystal singing bowls and chimes, it is deeply relaxing and helps set the nervous systems well as boost mood, reduce stress and calm the mind and body.
